My Approach

I aim to foster a warm, judgment-free environment so that you feel comfortable being your authentic self. I am aware that every individual has unique needs, and I strive to support you by encouraging mindfulness and processing what arises together in therapy.

 

I combine person-centered therapy with solution-focused interventions, utilizing tangible resources when appropriate to the session. I incorporate a Christian perspective in session if desired.

Ultimately, I want you to feel empowered, supported, and heard in the safety of the therapeutic space. I look forward to supporting you in finding your strengths, processing stressors, grieving losses, learning coping skills, and growing personally.

 

You are in control of your healing journey, I am just holding space to facilitate it. I'd love to process life events together and help you discover the most actualized version of yourself.
