My Approach
I offer a space to explore the tough, often uncomfortable areas of life with you. Whether it’s trauma, sex, money, power, privilege, or another tricky topic, nothing is off-limits. I aim to foster a warm, judgment-free environment so that you feel comfortable showing up as your authentic self.
Many of my clients come in with a deep awareness of their struggles—knowing exactly how and why they get stuck—but despite all their efforts, lasting change isn’t happening. Together, we’ll get to the root of your issues and move you beyond awareness into lasting transformation.
Ultimately, I want you to feel empowered, supported, and heard in the safety of the therapeutic space. I look forward to supporting you in finding your strengths, processing stressors, grieving losses, learning coping skills, and growing in self-awareness.

My therapeutic approach is built on on creating a safe, attuned space where you can explore and release significant memories and understand emotional patterns. Using Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), we’ll work together to identify your core emotions and attachment needs, helping you transform reactions shaped by trauma into healthier, adaptive responses.
Brainspotting complements this by allowing deep, somatic processing of trauma held in your body, accessing emotions that may not be fully conscious but still impact your well-being. Together, these modalities support you in building a more secure attachment to yourself and others, promoting healing that is both emotionally and physiologically rooted. This integrated approach empowers you to develop a resilient sense of self and to experience healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Here’s what you can expect in a therapy session:
In our sessions, you'll find a space where we can move at your pace, diving into both the emotional and somatic pieces of your lived experience. We may start by exploring what’s on your mind, connecting those thoughts to underlying feelings and attachment needs to uncover patterns or triggers you’d like to explore. As we move into deeper trauma work, I may guide you through Brainspotting, where we’ll use specific eye positions and focus on bodily sensations to release stored emotional pain. Sessions often flow between talking, processing emotions, and checking in with your body’s responses. My goal is to make each session feel supportive and productive, creating a rhythm that feels safe and sustainable for you.
